A: I believe it says on the package up to 500 grams

A: This will not fit a regular camera, this is designed for gopro cameras. There is another similar item in an almost identical package that will work that has the necessary 1/4" screw mount for regular cameras.

A: No, the product can only be utilized for cameras.
Q: Is there a ball head in this tripod, or does it just tilt up and down?
A: No, the head does not tilt but the legs on the tripwill wrap around objects for unlimited angles.
Q: Does this fit an iPhone 7Plus?
A: The GorillaPod 500 Action Tripod does not include a phone clamp. You will need to add a clamp like the GripTight Smart to make it compatible with phones. iPhone 7 Plus is about 3" wide and most JOBY GripTight clamps will hold it.
