Good: - does what it is suppose to do and that is take super stable video using your iphone. I have testing for about at least a month and done a lot of different tests including running with it. - has a tripod that is included and screws into the bottom - extends to lengthen your shot like a selfie stick would - not many buttons and i really like the trigger button, double clicking resets to default setting. - inexpensive considering what it does and the others out there like it. BAD: - very few instructional videos out there and when i say very few, I mean i have not come across any but plan to do my own very soon for people out there like myself who is not super techy. - follow face mode is not the best, if you leave the frame it loses you and points straight down or goes nuts looking for you or doesnt look for you at all....bummer - iphone X is what I own and tested it with and without the case. it can still balance with the case on, but i had to remove the little stick on pad which was easy. Then decided to put it back on and always use it without the case which can be annoying to take a case on and off. Overall great product, but i dont understand why there are not any instructional videos out there on how to use the many functions. I does have a instructional manual, but I am a visual person and prefer to be shown then read about. Plus in the beginning I did not even know what he word "pan" even means. Therefore, "pan mode" did not mean anything to me. Good Luck! Hope this helps!

I can't say it's a bad stabilizer. The problem is, phone's are not getting smaller or lighter and therefore the overall size and motor strength barely holds my Samsung Galaxy S20+. It won't hold it at any sort of angle, etc... and if I were to put a Note in there, it would just flop over. Other than that, the footage is some of the best stabilized gimbal footage I've seen in this range. Up there with the Osmo to be honest. Needs more motor strength and general overall size.

Subpar battery life. Stabilization is not as great as I would of expect. This can fit an iPhone pro max but not comfortably if you have a case on it. The connection between the phone and the gimbal Bluetooth has some what of a delay it may just be me however it shouldn’t disconnected every time you exit out the devices app. Overall 3 stars
