Great movie and history lesson
John Adams is a great movie and history lesson! Makes one feel very patriotic and proud to be an American!!!!!!!! Highly recommended

Very interesting! Great bargain at $10 price.
I have only watched the first segment of this miniseries so far, but I can already tell that it is well worth my time and money (at least at the $10 discount price I paid). It presents both sides of each issue fairly--the side we want to hear, and the side that perhaps we don't. Excellent!
In later segments, I will be very interested to watch the conflict between Adams and Jefferson over interpretation of the Constitution (within 11 years of its writing!). I will also want to see whether this miniseries presents, explicitly or implicitly, John Adams' stated attitude toward our form of government: "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."
