This machine is nice and makes great coffee. The problem with this machine is when you make any drink with milk. The milk setting is easy to navigate but unfortunately it has two sets for temperature. warm and hot. In my household, we think that the warm is not warm and the hot is actually warm. For cappuccino, I think the hot setting where the milk comes out actually warm I think is ok since cappuccino drinks don't need to be actually hot. And this is why I give this machine a rate of good. We definitely enjoy the easy way to make coffee.

This machine is a bit expensive but it is definitely worth the extra money. I have been able to cut out my trips to Starbucks because the quality is fantastic. It saves me money in the long run by grinding fresh coffee beans. It's a little bit temperamental with rinsing but its understandable to keep the machine clean.
