I've listened to Mad Caddies for a few years, but it took me a while to actually buy one of their CDs. A year after buying this and I still do not regret it. It's an amazingly well put together, offsetting calmer tracks like "Drinking For 11" with crazier tracks like "Contraband." By the time you start listening to "Day By Day," you'll be hooked on this CD for the images it paints, the emotions it inspires, and for the amazing use of trumpets, trombones, and more instruments that are both normal and unusual in a Ska band. I haven't found any thing that I hate about this CD, the track "Rockupation" quickly became my favorite track, due to it's attack on the modern rock industry in such an upbeat manner. You can rarely feel bad while listening to Ska, even the most depressing of songs puts the listener in a happy mood. Do yourself a favor, buy this CD!
