Overall, the head unit has good sound quality however you are stuck with limited apps on the device. You cannot add a podcast app for example. Although the device has a GPS antenna, it still relies on the map on the attached smartphone and XM tuner is optional which makes the GPS antenna utterly useless. There are lots of greyed out buttons on my head unit because my car doesnt have the computer info hookup. Basically, it has more optional features that I have in my car. I was a bit disappointed that it cannot stream Youtube while parked and even more disappointed when I found out that it doesnt come with a remote especially because i didnt purchase the steering wheel interface. For someone who has a loaded featured car and dont mind paying for all the optional features, it would be a great device. I may have to return this one only because it out features my basic Nissan Juke.

I would suggest that if anyone is looking for a quality radio go get it it has a ton of options works great. I put this in my C 6 corvette looks great and sound even better.

I am breaking this up into two parts. The first review is for the product itself, the second is for the Geek Squad installation. Radio: I wanted a new radio for my car because the one I had before was a bit basic for 2017. It had the typical XM radio, bluetooth, etc., but not as much as the newest vehicles. So, I did some research and found this radio and went ahead and gave it a shot. The display is awesome. It's very clear, bright, and is responsive to touch commands. What I love the most about this radio is the Apple CarPlay functionality. It honestly is a life-changer behind the wheel. You can do everything from the steering wheel functions without looking away from the road or at your phone. Siri Eyes Free is very helpful, and recognizes the words you say on the first try. if you want a radio that is functional, sounds good, and is reliable get this one. Installation: I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the Geek Squad service that I received. For starters, they estimated it would only take 2 and a half hours. It took 7 HOURS to install my radio. 7! How do you take 4 and a half hours longer that originally estimated? Additionally, one of the parts that they ordered for my car didn't work correctly, so I had to go and return that. Luckily the guy was able to work around that. Second, he got GLUE on my center console. The glue wouldn't come off with a spray nor would it come off with goo-gone. I have to back to the store and they have to file a claim to replace my center console. I paid around $200 for installation because I had trust that they would do it correctly. If I would have known that GLUE would have ended up on my center console, and that it would have taken double the amount of time that was originally estimated, I would have just gone to a small shop that would have probably charged less and done a much better job. I know to not ever use Geek Squad again the future.
