for starters, I'm comparing this to the pioneer avh 500ex and the 1550nex. the JVC holds its own with sound.. rich, full music. It has a more detailed equalizer with double the sound options... This radio is fluid, ita controls make sense. the android auto is great, bluetooth works well also. the pioneers In this cost range sound good but have terrible functionality. They are 'android compatible' but that means their Bluetooth works and thats all. My ONLY hangup with this radio is the volume led lights are blue and the pioneer is whatever you want. the jvc screen is nicer, its apps work, literally no reason to go with any other radio in this class.

Bought as a gift for my boyfriends ‘03 Trailblazer. It was definitely a huge upgrade from his stock radio. It makes the sound so much cleaner than before. The picture is nice. The Carplay works wonders. He can just speak to text people instead of being distracted. Highly recommend. Good quality for the price and brand.

Purchased to replace my Honda Ridgeline factory head unit. This stereo is feature packed and so easy to use. Installation was easy with it having a small chasis.
