I bought this basically for parts on a different project. However, the idea of a fully digital media interface won out and I installed this in my 1995 Jeep Wrangler. But let me explain... The deck installed in my dash almost too easily. Tightly sealed and will stay in place I believe even with my treatment of past radio/tape decks. But installing it in the dash is all I have done. Everything I've read has Kindly "suggested" to let professionals install it. I think I will. In time. A Jeep is not the best place to have such equipment (with the wind howl there's very little music heard) and I'd have to invest in speakers to go with this purchase. When I bought my Jeep I had a rigged up tape deck installed in it that had all sorts of issues. Instead of going through all that again I want it done right. All that being my experience with this purchase, I made this purchase because of the exact kind my father made for a car of his. Worked well with multiple devices via bluetooth and though the interface can be clunky navigating overall, with a little experience, the whole thing will be a fine experience in sound.

This stereo works great in any function. It has an awesome sound, at any function that you use it on. I especially like the hands free, bluetooth phone function.

I use the head unit in my offroad vehicle and it performs flawlessly. Bluetooth connectivity is good and for the price it is hard to beat.
