Never been so excited about a new toaster. Love the sleek look and the rapid toasting ( this is not your hotel's toaster). My husband would have preferred the writing was in another color so that it would be easier to use so any with vision troubles may also be bothered by knowing which one is bagel, cancel etc. Thinking that the more he uses it he will be more comfortable with it.

This is not as expected. It may be fast but if you’re toasting a bagel or English muffin and want it “toasted” you have to do it twice. One try still comes up white and soft even if you turn it all the way to the darkest setting and I don’t know why they can’t make a toaster that will toast anything evenly on both sides. I could have spent less for the same results.
