I bought this Karaoke machine because online it was advertised as having TWO MICROPHONES--when in fact, IT ONLY CAME WITH ONE. The manager at my local Best Buy store made good on the ad's claim, but only because I had the foresight to make a copy of that ad, with the date-- otherwise, I seriously doubt if the manager would have been so accommodating. I don't know if Best finally recognized the mistake in the product's description, and removed it, BUT, the gal at the customer service desk could not even find the exact one I ordered on her computer. Again, so glad I made a copy of the online ad's product description, with the date, as proof! I am satisfied with the quality of this cheaper karaoke machine, and I was glad I could get a second mic from the manager (as advertised at the time of my online order/purchase).

This machine is good for beginners and young people. The screen was hard to read and the sound is OK but nothing special but if you're looking for a machine to just play around with or for kids I would recommend for a good value for the price

This product works well for parties but I would not use for any professional work. The on-line advertisement is not accurate because though it says 100 songs included and 2 microphones are included, this is not true. The store manager made good (as much as he could) but the information is faulty.
