||Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.Absolutely wonderful! As long as you don't drink a pot of coffee a day, it's perfect for a person like me who likes maybe a cup or two. The latte option on the side can be a bit confusing but is amazing once you learn how to use it!

Love this Keurig Model
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.I love this model. My favorite feature is the milk frother . I usually drink so much coffee that a unit like this is not practical. I put it in a rental unit at my tenants request and I have been enjoying it. I still use both of my coffee pots but this one has a pretty small footprint so I can easily put it away if needed. Buy it, you won’t have any regrets.

They use it to make hot chocolate. They also use tea pods for iced tea. So convenient. I like the clear water reservoir as well. It’s super easy to clean and the price was within my budget. I caught the daily deal win-win! There is an add water light and the frother is super easy to clean.

- A:Answer Yes, the frother comes with the machine. Do not overfill, as it froths up pretty good. Overspilled on my first try. I didn't see the guide lines inside the frother...I use the lowest guideline now.

Q: QuestionHow do you empty the internal water tank on this model? I do not see anything in the user manual. I would like to know for when I need to go on business trip / vacation. Thanks.

- A:Answer Thank you for your question. Once your K-Latte brewer has been primed, you cannot empty the water from the inside. If you need to store your brewer, empty the removable Water Reservoir and store your brewer in a safe and frost-free environment. Please be sure to store your brewer in its upright position to avoid water leakage from the inner tank. If your coffee maker has not been used for more than one week, you should purge the water from the inner tank by running 3 cleansing brews without a K-Cup pod. We hope this helps!

Q: QuestionCan this Keurig make iced coffee? My current Keurig has a separate button for iced coffee which I don't see on this unit.

- A:Answer Thanks for your question. Our Coffee Makers do not dispense cold beverages however, Keurig makes brewing over ice easy! You can use any of your favorite pods. Here are directions: fill a 16-oz cup with ice and place under brewer (do not use glass), choose the 6-oz. or 8-oz. option on your K-Latte coffee maker, brew directly over ice, stir, and enjoy!
