This key holder looks great and has a fun, modern design - definitely a conversation piece. However, there’s a functional issue that can’t be overlooked. The two screws that are meant to hold the keys tend to loosen over time. When you tighten them to keep the keys secure, it becomes nearly impossible to unfold the keys to use them. You end up choosing between loose keys or stuck keys, which defeats the purpose. Great concept, but it needs a more practical mechanism.

I've had mine a little over a year now and love it. Since I originally put my 2 keys on it it has remained intact, hasn't loosened or waivered in any way. I love the simplicity of it. Good product.

Applying some of my promotions took a minute and required a couple of phone calls and chat sessions (for what is basically a fantastic key holder). The product itself is great, it's the second one I bought, and Best Buy's customer service came through, after a few communications. Fits in most pockets and makes dealing with your keys less of a hassle in my opinion.
