  I've read other reviews giving it a bad rep, I don't have any issues with it. People say the old ones were "louder" I'm guessing they didn't match the ohms. This amp is one ohm stable and will rock all day. Must have adequate power going to it. The Shockwave feature is great; by using it, you can give old songs that doesn't have much bass a lot of lower end. Works kind of like an EpicCenter. Easy to match gain with visual limiter. All I've had to do so far is replace the battery in the remote unit.
