I saw a trailer for this film some time before it came out, and added it to my list of films that if I happened upon it I'd give it a shot. Overall the style and structure is similar to the original Predator, only if it the hunter from the stars was a malfunctioning killer military robot, with a hunting pack of guns on legs. The CG is pretty good, though a bit dated or lacking in some scenes, it flirts with a few plot ideas but doesn't really follow through. It was a little expensive for what I got but, it was entertaining for what it was worth.

The movie is well made and follows a decent plot. Characters are well thought out though certain specifics the viewer has to descern on their own. Overall this movie will keep you entertained and questioning what is really going on at the island facility.

Robots going rogue and killing their maker is nothing new, but I'll give them points for trying to change it up a bit. Watching this movie, left me satisfied withe the results. It's well worth the watch.
