I like the third rack and dishes are clean without pre-rinsing. Best Buy first delivered one that looked fine outside but had broken racks inside (probably from the factory). I did not notice this until the delivery truck left. It took an extra week to get another delivered. The second delivery, I inspected it inside and out prior to letting the delivery truck leave.

Yes, this dishwasher is more expensive than the lower class model, but it shows. Compared to my previous $ 1000 dishwasher, the built quality difference is night and day. All the materials are not flimsy or made of thin aluminum, metal or thin plastic, everything you see and touch are firm, solid. The trays slide effortless in and out. The wash cycle is whisper quiet. The first time i turned it on I thought I had made a mistake because I did not hear anything, but it was on. It's that quiet. And off course most importantly the end result, noticeable cleaner dishes and utensils. Glasses and plates never looked this shiny. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This sound crazy but this is the coolest dishwasher we've ever owned. We love the interior light (what a great idea!) and the window. Plus, the dishes come out spotlessly clean and dry. We love the third rack for utensils, tucked away at the top. Plenty of room, we load this thing full of dishes and glasses and everything comes out perfect. There even seems to be little residual water in those glasses that have a concave base. As others mentioned, the dishwasher is so quiet. The controls are easy to use with lots of options, and the timer is bold and clear. You can turn off the beep at the end of the cycle. I know the price point is higher, but you will enjoy this like you would a luxury car.

This dishwasher is very quiet, I can’t tell if it on. The window does not do anything. I thought you can watch/see your dishes being washed. The extra money paid for having it was not worth it. Save your money and buy the no window. The interior light stays on too long after closing the door. There should be an easier way to turn it off. Good dishwasher all in all but expensive. Would I buy it again? Yes, but without the window unless I can actually see my dishes being washed with a light switch I can turn on to see inside!

Nothing is worse than loading you dishes in the dishwasher and when the cycle is finished, your dishes look the same or worse than when you started it. That is the problem I had with my previous dishwasher. I purchase this one as a replacement and have not had one dirty dish at end of cycle ... Even when I put dishes in without rinsing them first. Even when they have sat in the dishwasher dirty, for a couple days, until I had a full load. You will not be disappointed. I only have one negative comment, and that is the light is not on, nor can you turn on during the cycle, to watch through the window. But, i have heard the newer model allows you to turn on interior light during the cycle ???

I had it for 3 months and no problem. Looks very nice. People make fun of this dishwasher forhaving window, but I think it’s cool. I like the light inside the dishwasher. My wife think inside is not as big as Kenmore but I can’t tell the difference. Thought about Bosch but that machine feels flimsy; when I pull dish rack, it was not smooth; whereas, this machine has roller and pulls smoothly. Overall this machine is a lot nicer.

We recently completed an appliance upgrade in our kitchen, including replacing a BOSCH dishwasher with this one. BOSCH are apparently industry-leading dishwashers, but we feel this was a nice upgrade, both in looks (stainless) and in functionality. It has the ability to be more flexible in washing more dishes with it's features, and overall, does a better job in cleaning. It's a very handsome dishwasher as well!
