Easy to buy with Best Buy; Easy to schedule install; Installers sent a pre-install checklist to ensure that moving equipment would work smoothly; they came on time, finished the installation and cleaned up and left to the best of their ability. Very satisfied with Best Buy's product support, installation and buying experience!
We purchased the Kitchen Aid double wall oven that was an exact replacement for a 30 year old JennAir. The new appliance had to be shimmed and adjusted against the old opening in our cabinet.
With intuitive touch controls, this double convection wall ovens unit provides excellent, even heating. My family's especially impressed with the fine baking results. The large windows and very bright interior lighting make it easy to check on progress without having to open the doors.
Beautiful double oven with enough bells & whistles

Our new Kitchen Aid double oven has numerous convection settings, pre-Heats quickly, ball bearing racks that come out 100% and even heat throughout. The inside porcelain color is a beautiful blue and the outside appearance is stylish This replaced an 18 year old Thermador which we loved. It is one of the few double ovens in a 27” but has everything one needs especially to cook Thanksgiving for a family of 42.
This is a great edition to anyone kitchen. Top & bottom convection. With option for normal cooking times available ..lots of options.
2 negatives - the stainless steel would have been awesome if it was finger print free.
& when you put the oven light on it brings on both top & bottom .I think this both top & bottom should have seperate light option .
But all in all cookes fealy well & even !!!!
These ovens are amazing. They come with racks that glide in and out. Nothing like my old oven, where sometimes spills happened just pushing the rack in. The blue interior is wonderfully lit. The ovens have consistent heating temps. I'm still getting used to the many operation choices but I'm getting more proficient quickly. The ability to upper bake and lower broil simultaneously allows for quicker meal preparation. You can use convection cooking and electric cooking independently in each oven. I've wanted double ovens for a long time and I'm very pleased with my KitchenAid selection.
There are only a few (minor) complaints:
1. when you open either oven door, BOTH oven lights turn on
2. when you use convection modes you are ALWAYS asked two questions: First, do you want to convert the recipe temperature (1 = Yes, 2 = No), and Second, would you like Rapid Preheat. It's tedious to answer, especially because non-convection modes do not ask. Too bad you cannot configure the oven to turn this off.
3. the lowest temperature you can set is 170, which is a little high for plate warming.
On the upside, baking/broiling performance has been great. I haven't used the cleaning cycle yet, but the oven cleans up nicely with just a sponge so far--I guess I'm not very messy!
A:AnswerAn installation service is provided through an outside contractor. Best Buy sends an adviser to your home at no charge to measure, in order to estimate what the installation cost will likely be; however, the amount can vary depending on what the installers find after they remove your old ovens. In my case, even though I was replacing an old pair of ovens with the same make, the size of the space required for the new ones was not large enough to accommodate them. The installers charge by how many cuts they need to make. I had to spend more than I expected on the installation, around $350, to enlarge the space by about 1.75" in width and an inch in height. It was expensive, but they did do a very neat job. The new unit is perfectly centered.
A:AnswerYes. There is a removable/cleanable probe with a cord that plugs into an opening at the upper right area inside the oven near the door of each oven. I don't want to leave it in the oven all the time, so I put it in a baggie and labeled it so I don't accidentally throw it away.
