Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use4 out of 5Pros mentioned:Bass, Set up, Sound qualityFor the sake of full disclosure, I have bought Klips for my desktop for years, two sets, the 1st set lasted 12 years and sounded fantastic for only 20w per channel. OK, the box...? Really Klip? Maybe I just didn't hold it the right way<lol>... I connected it to an existing TCL tv I have in a 12x12 bedroom using the ARC hdmi port just to test it out. The bass speaker automatically paired and we were off to the races. I'm not going to indulge the finicky with the menu setup or how easy it was to figure out, if you're having difficulty with understanding the tiered sub-menus, just understand the mode buttons have sub menus. On to the sound.....typically Klipish with strong mids and highs and their algorithm seems to set the bass too soft, even on its highest setting BUT when I cranked Barry White's "Can't get enough of your love babe" up to 75-80%, the 10" down fired speaked was bouncing 1-1/2" inches in the box and my house settled an inch lower because of the soul stirring bass! Okay, not really....but you won't be disappointed. Even at full-tilt, the sound was clear and tones for the most part, distinct! I bought a TCL 75" tv which is notorious for having bad sound quality but a picture that beats everyone but the oleds costing more than double so for $350, I will have great sound & a super picture! Best 350 adder to a 1400 tv you can make....TCL75"/Klips, a marriage made in heaven! FYI- never used tech support so I leave it at 5 stars till they let me down Special K

Great soundbar meets expectations!

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use4 out of 5Pros mentioned:Ease of use, Price, Set upCons mentioned:Defective, ResponsiveI purchased this system to replace a two way soundbar that we bought for a new 55" OLED Sony in the living room. We had waited for 2 weeks and were anxious to install it as soon it arrived. The first disappointment was the manual which contained little information mostly in the form of confusing illustrations. Luckily it was a relatively simple setup so I installed it. However the second disappointment was that it would not work , there was no woofer response. Next day I contacted Klipsch and verified that the woofer's amplifier was defective and was offered a replacement either through Klipsch directly or I could return it to Best Buy for a new one. I opted to return to Best Buy for an exchange however they had none in stock. So, here we are 1 month from initial order, the system is installed and working as expected. Sounds Great! Built well, easy setup, and a nice low price of $350. from Best Buy. I have a nice 5.1 system in the family room so I kind of knew that this 3.1 soundbar would not measure up to that but I am surprised at how clear the dialog is, how well the subwoofer responds, and the overall improvement in the audio. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to improve the sound quality on your TV I highly recommend this soundbar. If not for the poorly written manual and fact that the first soundbar was defective I would have given the Sound Bar itself 4.5-5 star. I was also impressed with both Klipsch and Best Buy's customer service. I had an issue, they helped diagnose the problem and offered acceptable remedies with no run-around! What more can one expect?

Disappointed
|Posted .Features
Quality2 out of 5Value2 out of 5Ease of Use2 out of 5Pairing issues with the wireless sub... cuts out ALL THE TIME. The only time it worked consistently was when I placed the soundbar directly on top of the sub. The bar itself sounds decent. When working properly, the subwoofer sounded muddy and didn't hit like I wanted. The pairing issue was disappointing enough to return the item. Volume control could be fine tuned also. About mid-level, the volume jumped up way too much from the previous level.. all in 1 click.. so it was somewhat too quiet or too loud.

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5The amount of detail this system has is great, even at low volume levels. Putting the subwoofer in the corner of the room, we found that the factory setting sound is fantastic, no need to adjust the center speaker or bass. Great for TV or music. Has the ability to adjust volume by small increments to get the desired level.

Q: QuestionJust wondering if this system could be run from an av receiver if i want to expand it to a 9.2 system in the future? Basically using this as the front channels for a full Dolby atmos 9.2 system. thanks in advance.
Asked by CoachJB.
- A:Answer I am sorry to say, but this is a stand-alone system that will not be compatible with an AV receiver. This bar will simply connect directly to the TV and wirelessly send the subwoofer signal to the sub.

Q: QuestionI placed an order BBYTX-80638326262 on November 29. I was told in the information supplied by you that I would get a notification if I was not going to get it by Dec 22. I NEVER got notified or the sound bar! When can I expect to get it!?? .
Asked by Nancy.
- A:Answer Orderd Dec. 1 showed delivery to my home on the 14th. Checked with Best Buy when it didn’t show and then the system said Dec. 28th. Still didn’t show. Now they say it’s back ordered. Finally called Klipsch and asked when should I expect it. June I asked. They said they hope to have more and I may see it sometime towards the middle or the end January.

Q: QuestionCan I order a 2nd sub woofer for my Cinema 600 5.1 system? if yes, what is cost?
Asked by Jim.
- A:Answer You will not be able to connect another wireless subwoofer to this soundbar. However, you can purchase any of our wired, powered subwoofers and it will be able to connect to this bar with a standard RCA cable.

Q: Questionwhen will you have more of the Klipsch 600 sound bars?
Asked by Shane.
- A:Answer Good luck. I've been tracking this item for the past 2 months and it has been out of stock most of the time. Even Klipsch's own web site had shown this out of stock for most of Dec through present. Best place is Amazon at full price as of today.
