These earphones sound fantastic and fit really well. My previous earphones felt like too much of their weight was outside the ear and tended to fall out. These feel much more secure. I haven't explored the Klipsch Connect app yet, I understand there's an equalizer included, but honestly they sound great right out of the box. They seem really well made, even the charging case. They came fully charged, which was nice.

I bought these on April 16, 2021 since I was in the market for some true wireless headphones. I did own a pair of Powerbeats for a bit over a year until they gave out. I decided to get some Klipsch for the moment after reading good reviews I pulled the trigger to purchase a pair. Pros: When I first got the packaging I liked the presentation in which they have a seal to ensure they are not open or pre-owned. The units are pretty decent size not too large or small. The carrying case does tend to charge the headphones, I was surprise to know the case was made out of metal. The case does feel sturdy protection ensuring your headphones will be protected from damage. You can put the case in your pocket without feeling bulky, once the units are stored in the case, they will start charging instantly. The case itself does have an internal battery that will charge the headphones giving you 3 lights indicating battery life inside the case. The life of the head phones will give you about eight hours of use depending the use, and the case does have a 24 hour charging life. You will receive multiple ear piece replacement about 2 pairs of each size making perfectc chose from and as well the peace of mind that you will not have to go on a quest for replacement if you go through all the replacements. Another great feature is that you can also have these operating independently meaning once can be in used while the other headphone is stored in its case. If you do decided to use both you can simply grab the other head piece from the case and it will automatically will pair with your unit making both operating at the same time while in a middle of a call or listening to music. Cons: In order to get a good sound quality from the earphones you will have to place them in your at a correct angle, I did tend to come across some fitting issues. I do use these for phone calls and listen to music when I go for a walk. I did tend to find the issue that they will occasionally will fall off from my ear when chewing food (normal chew) and sometimes when I walk at a fast pace. The microphone does tend to have some interference , picking up noise from the surrounding environment. The sound quality will not be the same as a over the ear headphones but will get descent amount of bass and sound level. Some occasion you will get pairing issues and as well you can only have these connected to one device at a time. In a nut shell: If you expect sound quality equivalent to as a over ear headphones, you will no. The built in micro phone does tend to do good in in closed surrounding but not outdoors as expected. For the price is a bit steep for the quality, the carrying case made out of metal ensuring that your headphones will be protected.

Pros: Controls are nice, case feels solid and the sound is pretty good. The app is fine. Battery life is good. Cons: no wireless charging, they stick out of your ears really far and are easy to knock out, sound quality is meh. The case is really heavy and fairly bulky. No active noise cancellation and they don't do a great job of passive noise cancellation. These are fine but they're not as good as other wireless headphones that are around the same price. Picked up Galaxy Buds Pro and am much happier.
