this was a good games for little kids that are looking for a good guy/bad guy game without too much violence. Easy enough for my 5 and 7 year old and has a story line that kept them into the game.

It makes it interesting going from big to small. Not very challenging until you play hard. Confusing to be able to play multiplayer but once you figure it out its fun to play hard w/ someone else. otherwise its a kids game

This game was fun. It was enjoyable to play the story line. My only gripe is that the game was a bit short and kind of lacked depth. But overall i think it was a great success.

I know Knack got bashed by critics, but it's a game that must be played/tried to form an opinion on. I've enjoyed the game so far. Quick points:
story - the story has some holes in it, but it is straight forward and easy to follow.
graphics - the game is beautiful and very detailed; you can see every piece/particle that makes up knack clearly
gameplay - it's simple, I mean real simple...punching, super moves, and jumping, that's bout it...but there's a catch:
difficulty - even though the game is simple, it's tough...i'm talking old school Nintendo tough...1 hit kills, lack of save points, AI has cheap moves, etc...the game looks kiddie, but it plays far from that...
...overall, i'd recommend Knack...it's a simple & fun game that provides a good challenge...if you have kids, they'll like it (move so to look at it)...my godson loves to watch the game get played...

Knack is, in my opinion, a game quite reminiscent of the Crash Bandicoot era of the PS1. With the cartoony, semi-Pixar-like graphics, to the fairly simplistic story, it's something casual gamers can pick up and enjoy, but I found it to be rather difficult in spots and often had to restart certain sections multiple times before I bested them.
That is not to say it's a bad game overall, but the fluctuating difficulty levels, as well as the length of some certain sections as opposed to others, can be rather off-putting on a first time playthrough. For myself, whenever I would get stuck and frustrated, I'd often quit and play something else for a few days until the initial frustration had passed.
Again, that doesn't make Knack a bad game overall, just don't expect it to be as easy as your initial impressions might make it seem at first.
