A solid "good"
Posted .We've had several different ereaders in the house, so I have good comparisons. -Being able to customize the lighting intensity is VERY nice, which Nook glow can't do. -It accepts a large variety of file types -Setup can be done thru computer or wi-fi (unlike Glow) -It's pretty easy to set up and get started. -How you view text is much more customizable The not so good comparisons: - The case is SLICK. Both Nook and Kindle had a rubber-like case that was non-slip. The Kobo is really hard to hang onto. (using a cover/case does help a bit, but none are a nice rubber) -You must touch the screen - Nook and Glow had customizable buttons on the face of the case itself, so you could read holding with one hand. I miss that a great deal, both because I don't like touching the screen (it's been a pet peeve of mine all along) and because I have to keep both hands free to use it. The price is great and the screen is VERY clear and easy to read. I would still recommend it.
