This new leapfrog platinum tablets was some thing my god daughter and her brother wanted for Christmas and I just had to get it. The tablet is well made and durable for kids. Very user friendly and it provided hours of engaging fun for both. I don't we heard a peep out of them once open. The set up is pretty easy and there is definitely room to grow as the kids get older. The games are fun but also teaching and educating at the same time which is a plus. Highly recommended.

I bought this toy for my granddaughter, age 3, and had a wonderful time exploring it with her. i know it will give her many years of fun and learning. We liked that we could buy new apps every year appropriate to her age that would stimulate and teach her new concepts. The original thought was also to keep her off her mothers computer before some serious damage was done to it, so we call it her computer.

This unit is ideal for all ages 3 to 9. I purchased this for my grandson who is 2 1/2. The additional programs I purchased were for age 3. He is at an age where he understands what a smartphone does so this will encourage him to learn skills while playing. It's a great tool that will grow with him!
