My 3 yr old boy loves his leap pad. It is a great gate way into making learning fun. There are a verity of different games suitable for every child. I would definitely recommend this to any parent. It also has kid music. It is a real jot to listen to my son sing along. Best gift ever Santa. :)

I got this for my great niece who lives in Florida. A friend recommended it to me. It was a great choice. She loved it. It's a great choice for a first technical item. She'll learn several items from it. I was assured it was also a safe item that a no-goodnik can't hack into and send her stuff that isn't a good thing. (how's that for tact).

First of all, I got a great price. Using Best Buys price match guarantee I got a great deal, but only the second time I went into the store. Besides being pink and having great girly games that she loves; Hello Kitty, Doc MacStuffins,it's also very educational. It's easy to set up, kid proof so far and even my son wants in on the fun. I'm bummed about the no WiFi and not being able to upload movies or MP3 (you must buy a Leap Frog app for each). It's a great tablet for my five year old.
