A couple of examples of this include the LG battery cells which come from South Korea and the Shimano drivetrain which comes from Japan. All of these parts are sent to our assembly facility in China before being inspected and sent to us in the USA. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Q: What if my bike gets stolen?
A: Hello there! We definitely hope you never have to deal with a stolen ebike - it's not something we want any of our riders to experience. If it does happen, please note that stolen ebikes aren’t covered under warranty. That said, we do offer a $100 discount on a new ebike with a copy of a police report and proof of your original purchase through Best Buy. Let us know if you have any other questions!
