Product is fine - DO NOT TRUST SHIPPING TIMES.
Ordered here because of projected shipping times being faster than other retailers with the same product but PSYCH, the day after my purchase, I was notified that it wouldn’t be delivered on time. Spent hours on chat and phone with customer service with no satisfactory resolution - it was neither refunded nor replaced by the time I needed it. Three stars because I have no complaints about the product itself. But I absolutely would not have purchased it if I knew it wouldn’t arrive in a timely manner and will not be purchasing similar products from BestBuy again.
