the prices for these camera batteries are so much better than other vendors. will tell you this: if you're ordering with a gift card for pick up at the store: you can put the store address in the system as the address on the order form.

Suggested battery replacement was not carried in store inventory. Best Buy personnel found a suitable replacement and the order was received within a week. And the battery worked.

Bought it for my Insignia camcorder. Works as good as the original battery. No complaints.
