Computer is really good, easy to use and navigate. Great software and fast speed. Great camera and microphone. Easy to add new software. Also have strong privacy settings.

Bought this laptop so my spouse can play sims and she hasn't been off it since. Great battery life.

The laptop was good, the keyboard settings were a bit wonky so it took forever to get someone to point me to where the settings are to change it and in the end no one could help me so I decided to return the item and by straight from the manufacturer because the best buy customer service made me wait hours on the phone without getting helped.
