Many appreciate its lightweight design and affordable price, finding it suitable for students and everyday tasks. While some experienced minor connectivity or storage limitations, the positive feedback on usability and value outweighs these concerns. The 2-in-1 functionality is also a frequently praised feature.
I love my chromebook. It’s just what I needed. A lightweight laptop/tablet that’s inexpensive and starts up real fast. Also the battery is awesome! It lasts about 10 hours. I’d definitely recommend and buy again.

I purchased this for my daughter to use for online school back on March 24th. She is on the other side of our ~1500 sq ft house and she had trouble picking up a WiFi signal on the laptop requiring me to get an extender (which is frustrating given that none of our other devices have had any issues). The extender worked and she was able to get a solid signal and connect to do her online schooling. Then this morning, she came out holding the volume down button. My wife and I both tried to fix it, but the one side would not stay in place and would constantly lift back up. When I inspected it further, the top right piece was broken and the key would continue to lift up and out of place. The computer has been mostly good (ample USB-C ports and battery life seems to be decent to good), but I cannot excuse the issues with the WiFi range and the build quality on the keyboard seems to be lackluster.

Really disappointed with this purchase and returned it. This was an "open box excellent" which stated it should have been in new condition but it had many scratches. Not the nice gift I thought I was getting to give my daughter. Also, it had major issues connecting to wifi and no other device I own has that issue. I called Best Buy support to remedy this and got some direction, but it didn't help at all. Chromebooks function via wifi and having an issue with its main method of operation was really bad. Maybe the device new works well, but this was bad all around.
