I got this computer to replace a 3 year old Dell computer that died... Set up was a breeze and basically taking it out of the box and turning it on accomplished it. Even my wifi set up was almost plug and play. The all in one design is wonderful, and the fact that I was able to get 12 gb ram to run graphics is a huge plus for photoshop and graphic work. The other plus was having the built in DVD/CD recorder/player in a machine this thin. Many all-in-ones do not have these. I love having the 5 usb ports, but I could actually use a few more. I also really like the dragon naturally speaking that came with it. I am surprised at how well it understands what you say, and how fast it worked. Sometime you just don't want to have to type. It dictates pretty good. (better than SIRI) The web cam is a plus, even though I won't use it much, but skype is also installed and may come in handy. The monitor screen is nice size and good resolution. It is great to watch Netflix movies on...plus I can split the screen. (movie one half/ productivity the other) I had never used windows 8 before, but have adjusted fairly well to it. My printer from HP never even had to be installed. I plugged it in and the computer recognized it, and I was able to print right away. The wireless keyboard and mouse are ok, but I had to work a while to figure out the directions on how to pair them up. I can only think of a few disadvantages, and even those are not huge... the hard drive is a terrabyte and I would have liked to have one with 2 or even 3 for graphic storage. The speakers are a little tinty, but work decently. It was a little expensive at $1500 including a 2 year accidental coverage plan, but overall I am pleased with the value for the money. I think Lenovo puts a lot of extraneous apps as pre-installed, but I am seeing where some of them are very useful. I am definitely enjoying it so far.

It's built to be a good workstation. You can open as many tabs in Chrome as you want. Plus it has the space saving design of an all in one. It's also usually pretty quiet. But personally I would have taken less RAM for a better gpu for the price. This isn't a gaming machine. But It'll breeze through anything else you want to do.

The unit shipped and arrived as described. Quality touch screen that gets the job done. The specs: processor, screen size, memory, etc. for the price - could not find a better deal and I looked. Trouble is that a pixel seems to be out - a line developed down the middle of the screen within days of booting up. The unit didn't drop nor was it damaged in anyway. Lenovo tech support came out to fix it but has not returned to solve the problem and I seem to be lost in their stack of issues. I was super excited about this new unit, but have since soured in my estimation through this experience....
