My Lenovo offered me both and as an uncluttered machine was a perfect subject for Windows 10 download. The machine is functioning very well to this point and is much quieter than any I have used before. It has been easy to transfer much of my data from the old machine and is starting to seem like MY Machine.

I had been looking for a desktop to replace a 10 year computer I had owned. This Lenovo checked off most of my boxes at a price I was looking to spend. It is fast, quiet and I have not had any issues so far. I do some online gaming and the 2gb of dedicated graphics really make the screen pop. It has only been a month but I can not say anything negative about this item so far. I was a little nervous after reading some of the 1star reviews but I have not run into any of those issues at this point. I would certainly recommend this machine!

I wasn't looking to buy a computer, but my home-built system was acting up, so we browsed for a couple of minutes in the Best Buy Computer department. A sales associate approached us and asked the usual "is there anything I can tell you about that computer" kinds of questions. When I told him what I do - usual home office stuff, but also flight simulation, he immediately asked if I'd like to look at something that would probably suit me better but would also cost a little less. An hour later, after doing my online perusal of others' reviews, I was back with credit card in hand. The Lenovo is not only a beautiful box, but it has performed exceptionally. The graphics are much better than the four-year-old rather expensive card I had put in the old system. Speed is more than I expected, too. The upgrade to Windows 10 went smoothly, as had my other systems'. I was shocked at how easy it was to move a hard drive from the old system to the Lenovo. I had it done in about five minutes, including the time to remove it from the old box. Plenty of room for big hands to work. My most recent laptop is also a Lenovo, and I have been very pleased with it. Great products! And kudos to Best Buy for having associates that work to support one another. I had two - one who "sold" me on the machine, and another who basically did the paperwork - while being sure to let the first fellow know he was taking care of me for him. Excellent teamwork. I got the box about halfway through the store when another associate approached me and asked if he could carry it to my car for me. I wasn't having a problem, and I certainly didn't expect him to take it out into the parking lot - which he did - but that's the kind of service I have come to appreciate from Best Buy's folks.
