
So I got this PC back in May 2021. It blue screened within the first three months. They had to uninstall and reinstall the graphics driver to a specific version because the newest updates cause the computer to crash. Go figure. Now, its happened again, blue screen on a daily basis. Support does the same thing over and over again (uninstall/reinstall Nvidia drivers) and it doesnt work. Even though I tell them it doesn't work, they do it three separate times for it not to work. Eventually my computer no longer is recognized on any monitor, so I had to call support again to get a technician here. They are stumped (in their words) after replacing nearly everything important piece of hardware. If the company cant fix their own machine, why would you buy it? PASS.
