  It was advertised that this laptop came with Windows 11 Pro - it did not. It came with the home version. I ordered this to use for work that required Windows 11 Pro. After two trips back and forth to the local Best Buy and 2 1/2 hours on chats and phone calls, I had to return it - after it crashed when the Geek Squad tried to put the Pro version on it. I am very unhappy with Best Buy and their responses to my situation. I bought my new laptop - NOT refurbished from amazon for a slightly lower price.
