We are very pleased with this new monitor that includes an integrated hi resolution camera perfect for zoom calls. It was easy to install and greatly enhances your computer. However we had to purchase the cables separately to connect it to our computer, and those cables are hard to find. The description and included instructions said the cables were included, but they were not.

went together just fine, connects to my tower, but wont stay running past the screen boot up. After the acer logo it goes to sleep

So, after much ado and a long wait for a chat w/ a rep to get info, we were told this monitor came with ALL necessary cords/connections. It does NOT. The rep was clueless. So the monitor arrives, we speak w/ another rep and order all cords. Wait for those to arrive. All hooked up, instructions are AWFUL. Computer cannot read monitor. We've run diagnostics. It turns on then right off. The monitor does not work. Don't buy this!
