I have mostly used Dell laptops through many years running IT. I recently ran into some issues with Dell so I am trying out the Lenovo Thinkpad line of laptops and so far I am impressed. They are performing better than the Dell Precisions and at a less expense capital expense.

I picked up this computer Jan 1 and it stopped working today. It looks like it will not hold a charge. I was using this for work and now have to try to find a backup. I have attempted to contact Best Buy multiple times today without success, likely because of the Covid issue. Very disappointed with Best Buy and this computer.
