Worked out of the box, no issues. Needed a dock for home use with work laptop, also Lenovo brand. Was able to hook up 32-inch 2k monitor (display port), wireless mouse, and wired keyboard with no setup or configuration needed. Everything worked plug-n-play. The device is compact compared to other docks available and the build quality appears to be good. The price for its capabilities is better than other docks available but could be a little cheaper as this is missing some ports commonly found on other docks, such as micro-SD, and ethernet. This dock also has its own dedicated power cable which is missing from other options. The cable is very long with about six feet to the brick and another four from the brick to the wall plug.

Overall this is a good docking station in that it provides various USB connections (both A and C), as well as HDMI ports. However the power feed doesn't provide the same charging level as the power cord that comes with the Lenovo laptop. While it charges the laptop, you may get a message noting it is not at the same charging level as your power cord.

Starting making some noise within a month of purchase otherwise this product is good.
