Works. App sometimes can be glitchy but it works most of the time. Ran into a problem...no smart functions and controls if internet/wifi is down. Lutron Caseta is much better with its hub controls.

Once installed, works as advertised. It's a 3 way wall switch and difficult to install for non-electricians. The app works fine and is simple to use. I hope it lasts a long time.

Unfortunately the pictures for ALL of the Leviton Decora Smart products show white AND almond. Along with spelling errors and other issues these products are NOT described and pictured as received. Sad and unfortunate as this could have been easily reviewed in the store. Product returned and purchased correct product at a local hardware store.
