- A:Answer You may vent your oven in one of three ways, Roof, Wall or Room venting. However, do NOT vent into a wall cavity, an attic, or an unused area. The ductwork you need for outside ventilation is not included with your oven. ^Daphane

- A:Answer Mine is vented to the outside through the roof. I am not sure on the CFM but it works well for normal cooking as a vent. Cooking potatoes or noodles doesn't have much of an issue. I haven't cooked anything greasy.
