Q: QuestionThe subwoofer keeps disconnecting and reconnecting from the sound bar causing a loss of bass every couple minutes. How can I fix this issue?
Asked by Gabe.
- A:Answer UPDATE: The sub was too close to my router, I moved it to near my couch, about eight feet from the sound bar and router, have had zero problems. Turns out the signal from the router interferes with the signal between the sound bar and sub.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between 2.1, 3.1, and 4.1? Which has the best sound for voice from the tv?
Asked by Bucko.
- A:Answer 2.1 has two-channel output, plus a subwoofer. 3.1 is a 4-channel sound system and one subwoofer. Speakers are positioned L-C-R (left, center, and right) and the sub should be on the ground level in the center. Center channel is usually used for dialogue, while the L and R channels are used for ambience, music, effect, and all other stereo sounds. 4.1 has 4 channel output and one subwoofer. As for the sound this depends on your preferences and how much immersion you are wanting to have.
