Bought in September 2017. Excellent dishwasher and cleaned like no other dishwasher we have had in the last 20 years! But...after 4 months of dependable use it started having issues with the control panel and system board. In the last six months, it has been a total nightmare with the control panel needing to be replaced for the 3rd time now. With a total of 36 days and counting of loss of use between the 3 incidents, it has been very disheartening. With a large family, we greatly depend on our dishwasher. Currently, we are waiting on a backoredered control panel which is suppose to arrive in a week. The Geek Squad service guys have been great but the corporate guys have been disappointing. We were told we could get reimbursed for extended loss of use or a replacement unit after the 3rd failure of the same component. This is not the case. Apparently, they are not willing to work with and just us telling us to sit tight and wait for the parts. This will certainly impact future purchasing decisions from Best Buy for our family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers.

Bought this in Nov. of 2017, now I have a cracked control plate and HE error at the end of cycle. I talked to LG and theres nothing they can do other than pay to get it fix or buy a new one. All our kitchen appliances are LG “Life is Good” not really for a 3-4 year old dishwasher it should last longer. Very disappointed LG! I would not invest in your product anymore.

2 years old and the racks are rusting out. I’ve had the previous dishwasher for 10+ years and never had an issue with the racks rusting.

I no longer have to wash the dishes before I put them in the dishwasher! The three shelves provide a better way to get all my items in. The different cycles choices are useful for the different tasks I need to use. Great energy saver too!

Only used it a few times but it’s so quite I have to go up to the machine to see that the water is running. It cleans well and it has so much space inside and love how the upper level is adjustable in height. So at this point my only issue is the drying of the dishes but have found opening the door a little bit after it has run its course helps. I am also playing around with the settings to see if I can get better drying that way. Installation went fine friendly seem to know what they are doing guys. Only issue there was they showed up an hour after my scheduled window but that has nothing to do with the product.

Love the stainless steel interior as well as exterior.

Dissatisfied with this dishwasher. We have had several dishwashers over the years this one replaced a 10 yr. old Kenmore. Within 1 1/2 yrs. both racks have already started to rust. See pictures. Called manufacturer they said they would replace racks. Only to receive 1 rack. Loading is difficult not like old dishwashers. Find that you have to use heavy duty cycle more often. Plus, it is quite.

Bought the dishwasher 1/17/2019 at Best Buy. On 9/2/2019 the control panel cracked. I am so furious because the part will not be replaced free. The crack is not a result of use, but of poor material qualities. I will never buy another LG product.
