Limited HDR Refresh Rate
||Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed. The monitor does it's job fine, however I noticed that while using the HDR the refresh rate is limited to only 60hz and 100hz, but when it's disabled 120hz and 144hz can be used, there's no disclaimer of this anywhere on the site or other places online

This monitor made me love 144hz
||Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. My first 144hz and I hope I never comeback to a 60hz monitor. It's amazing, quality of the image and how smoothly the games play makes so much difference! I never thought it was going to make a lot of difference but I'm soo happy with my purchased. I also bought this because my graphics cards is a RTX 2070

Great Monitor
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I got this monitor for my M1 Mac mini looks & works great just made some manual adjustments like turning the 144 Hz to 60 Hz cause I'm not gaming on a Mac have a ps5 downstairs for that. You should definitely turn it down to 60 Hz if whatever Hdmi port you are plugging this into is not Hdmi 2.1 which supports refresh rates higher then 60 Hz my Mac mini only supports Hdmi 2.0 which can make your screen blink black every now & again. Once I turned it down to 60 Hz which my computer supports it stopped doing the black out thing wasn't a constant thing but enough to make you think there was something wrong the monitor when there isn't.

Two dead pixels
||Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.I was excited to come home to this since it was delivered while I was at work. I ordered it online because it wasn't in stock at my store and it was delivered by UPS. There are two dead pixels that I noticed almost immediately (I'm talking within the first 5 minutes or so) upon initially turning it on that are both near the middle of the screen. I'm still debating on whether or not it's worth the hassle to exchange it and have downtime or just deal with it because it's for my PC that's a dedicated gaming rig and literally nothing else since I use my iMac for everything else.

Screen stopped working one month in
||Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed. The unit was great … for one month. Then all I saw were red and white vertical lines. The issue began while in the middle of game play. Incredibly frustrating. Still waiting for LG to either refund me or send a new unit as well. Stay away from LG gaming monitors.

Q: QuestionWhat specs are different on this unit, the 27GN800-B and the 27GN850-B? Besides the size of the stand and tilt, are there any technical or performance differences between the 2 monitors?
Asked by Shegs.
- A:Answer Apparently, you'll also miss out on the NANO-IPS technology which you could do a quick google search of it's impact. I went ahead with the GN800 as it's pretty similar to me and a $100 cheaper. The stand height is okay too, depending on your table and it does tilt ok. I'm 5"8.
