Where do I start? This refrigerator is a thing of beauty and for a very large appliance it looks amazing and not like a chunk of metal sitting in a kitchen. We have a smaller kitchen and it looks good in the kitchen. My wife and are elderly and we like the French Doors folding out and everything is right there, no more continuously bending down in the bottom of the refrigerator digging for something . Everything has its own place and is easy to find. The bottom of the refrigerator is for the freezer with a top drawer door you can use for either freezer items or temperature settings for soft serve ice cream or similar items. All the drawers and compartments glide out with ease and shut the same way. It took a while for me to realize when the doors and drawers are completely shut because they work so smoothly. I did leave a bottom compartment of the freezer open once while I was preparing a meal and got a signal from the refrigerator with chimes that the door had been left open (How cool is that) pun intended. I love the glass door and find myself like a little boy knocking on the glass when I walk by to watch it light up. It also is very smart as we put things in that compartment that we use often so we are not always opening the inside of the fridge all the time. The drawers have separation compartments that glide so you can adjust the drawer compartments. The ice bin compartment is way smaller than our last refrigerator and I was worried about it keeping up, however it seems to work just fine preparing the ice as needed. The lighting inside the refrigerator is soft LED and there is no area that isn’t lit when you open the door. The refrigerator has an app that I probably won’t use (I’m an old guy remember) but it has some amazing features that I cannot comment on because I have not used the app. This is an expensive refrigerator and I was hesitant of purchasing it because of the price. In retrospect I feel that it is such a great piece of equipment and has tons of room. It is easy to operate and use, and looks great. I can’t think of anything negative about it and my wife and I are very glad we decided on this make and model.

It’s nothing negative I can really say about this unit. I had been shopping for a fridge for over 3 years, debating which would be more beneficial for my family of 6. Being a stay at home mom of 4 that homeschools we need space for lots of fresh produce and leftovers. I love every little space about this unit everything is able to be organized so easily for my young children, the snack drawer is there absolute favorite part aside from the knock knock feature being fun to see what’s inside. They are able to store there favorite drinks, yogurts and snacks and love it being easily accessible to them. The freezer section has 3 awesome compartments that works wonderfully for all my organization bins, foods and freezer packs for our coolers. Also, the amazing features in the refrigerator section like the 3 crisper drawers and 2 sliding glass compartments for butter or small snacks are wonderful for quick access. Almost 2 months after having this unit it’s still working great. It is a lot of refrigerator so keeping it cold the first few days is very necessary in maintaining a constant temperature until it becomes regulated. Plus the LG app is a added bonus when you have multiple LG products you can monitor and control certain features with all your LG appliances. I guess to be completely transparent with my review some cons I can state are the outside water filter does not give ice cold water directly from the appliance and having the finger resistant feature would have been nice but not necessary for me I don’t mind having to keep up with cleaning as I already do with other appliances in my home. If your looking for a incredibly spacious appliance this is the one for you.

Absolutely love my new fridge! I shopped for three months looking in several different stores. Looking at all the different brands and models until I finally decided on this one. Made the right choice! It has so much space! The middle drawer feature to allow you to set different temps came in handy during Thanksgiving. The freezer section has the most space of any fridge I looked at. Love the third pull out shelf. I know I’ve said love enough but I have to say I also love the glass front door and to be able to reach the frequently used items like my creamer for my coffee in the mornings. Also it was almost to large to get thru my kitchen doorway but the moving team that they sent were excellent. They took a lot of care and patience to get it installed and setup the way I liked. Would definitely recommend Best Buys service and products! The prices were also very competitive.

Originally I had gone with the Samsung 28 cu showcase door refrigerator but after a month and going through 2 for the same exact reason, freezer and flex drawer dead on arrival. So I decided to get a refund and go with LG. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The refrigerator worked instantly, as for Samsung I was told to wait 24-48 hours before I put food in it. There is plenty of space for a family of 5 in this fridge. I was worried about the ice maker not making enough ice for us but so far so good. If your willing to spend the money then it is definitely worth the purchase. I absolutely LOVE the black stainless steel color.

I love my new LG refrigerator ! The door in door feature is great to grab beverages, especially for the kids! There is no need for them to open the whole refrigerator. The fridge is huge with plenty of space!

This is a very large refrigerator and freezer combo. The height and width were perfect for the space that I had, and I was looking for a much larger unit so I expected it to stick out from the counter. The door feature is excellent for getting drinks quickly without cooling down the rest of the refrigerator. It runs very quiet. The freezer space is a very good size and includes slide out drawers making it easy to partition off different size products. The middle drawer has different set ups and temperature settings making it easy to convert to whichever function you would need.

LOVE this fridge. My favorite is the door within the door. No more opening the entire fridge for a drink. I also love the middle drawer. You can fit so much much in it. That's also a plus about the door within a door. By utilizing that door it frees up a TON of space in the actual fridge. I highly recommend this fridge.

Modern design with great functionality. I was skeptical of the right side door where you can look inside and open just the outer part of the door but now I don’t know how I’d do without it. Best Buy’s delivery was great and worked with me as I had to change the delivery date multiple times.
