I have been using the LG - 29" IPS LED HD 21:9 UltraWide Monitor for about a week now and absolutely love it. I was previously using 2 25" Wide Monitors and I just needed more desk space. This is my only monitor now and it works great. I have it hooked up to my work and personal laptop and I am able to switch between the two seamlessly (1 Windows and 1 MacBook Pro) I did however run into two issues of which one has been resolved. 1) When I first hooked up the monitor to my windows laptop via the DVI Cable, I was getting some interference with my wireless mouse for some reason. The mouse was freezing up and lagging really bad. I simply change the connection from the HDMI to Display Port and that has resolved the issue. I am using the HDMI #2 for my MacBook Pro and haven't run into any issues. So I am not sure if that is a windows issue or not. 2) The other issue is I cannot get the internal speakers to work. From my understanding, the HDMI Cable should feed audio to the monitor but the internal speakers are not working. I've checked the volume and reset the settings and still no luck. This isn't a major issue for me as I am using another speaker set, but kind of frustrating I couldn't get it to work. I also called LG Tech Support several times and each time I call it says there closed. Overall, I highly recommend this product. It really helps me out as I do a lot of work with spreadsheets and multiple applications at once.

I walked into Best Buy to buy a cheap adapter for my computer. On display was the LG 21:9 29 in monitor that I eventually bought. I had a few questions about it, and the first two employees I asked were of no help (either because of their incompetence or laziness). The third employee I talked to was extremely helpful and friendly. I walked out with something I didn't intend on buying, but the monitor works amazingly and I am very satisfied.
