I absolutely love my new washer and matching dryer. Considering the dimensions of the laundry closet, I thought I’d end up with something the size of my defunct set. However I was pleasantly surprised the space could accommodate a washer/dryer with a larger capacity than I previously had. Thanks to Best Buy’s measuring service I found this out. I haven’t used all the settings and functions or connected it to my wifi yet, but it works really well and I’m quite hapoy with it. One thing no one mentions, you’ll need to use detergent that’s labeled “HE”, being energy efficient operating with less water standard detergent isn’t compatible.

We have been very happy with our recent purchase of the LG 4.5 cu. ft. 10-cycle front loading washing machine. We saw that it had a great rating (I believe it was 4.7 with hundreds of reviews). We have had good performance from other LG products, so we were hoping this would live up to our high expectations, and it has. This is our first front loading machine, and we are fine with it. However, we have been told we have to consistently wipe down the glass and seal after each use to prevent mold/mildew. That's something we didn't have to deal with when we had the top loaders. This machine is nice and quiet, and we like that. We also like the idea of using less water. If I had it to do over, I would buy this same machine. Very pleased.
