No anyone can figure it out, self explanatory, intuitive, works as it should... however after several huge disgusting cat pee loads and everything you can think of my girlfriends clothes have a slight mildew type smell She has a super nose and is an extreme pain But if she says there’s a smell then there’s a smell I’m doing the self run clean function now, apparently mildew is common in these dam new washers The thing is 2 weeks old so I’m a little annoyed that the close are already mildew smelly, perhaps I left close and was at work all day we will see.. Otherwise this thing is awesome

Leaking water underneath after 4th use.

Quality1 out of 5Value3 out of 5Ease of Use3 out of 5This washer and dryer set look amazing in Stainless Steel. I bought the set on 01/10/2021, and it was delivered on 02/15/21. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a delay in the washer. I was able to use the washer four times before it started leaking underneath. I am extremely disappointed in the craftsmanship of this machine. I contacted Best Buy who told me they could exchange it for a new one; however, a replacement is not available until 03/25/2021. Ugh.... The other option is to have it serviced through the geek squad. This washer is also VERY LOUD. I don’t recommend anyone to purchase this particular machine. Here’s a photo of the water dripping on the underside.

Has just enough wash cycles to choose from. Love the agitator. Deep drum that holds lots of clothes. Clothes have been coming out clean. Beautiful color. WiFi works good. Also I love the wrinkle guard feature in the dryer it’s amazing… It really works on the sheets… And the washer inside is gigantic I can barely reach down to the bottom so I love that so I can wash my blankets and comforters and pillows. I researched long and hard and I’m glad I went with LG! I have never liked the front loader washer and dryer’s… And I love the easy glide shut lid on the top loader!

Went with the agitator version as I felt clothes were never really clean with an impeller. The LG washer looks nice and cleans clothes well; however, it is loud compared to what I had before. Overall, it is about the same operation-wise and I am happy with the washer. The experience with the Geek Squad was a whole different story--I have never been treated so rudely. I hope no one else has to go through that.

- A:Answer No, I can honestly say it does not. We had the kind without the agitator and my clothes just did not seem as clean and frankly the water level never seemed adequate in washing the clothes. As a matter of fact our old one without the agitator would often twist my clothes and knot them together. I am very happy with the machine we chose.

- A:Answer There is a deep fill option and an extra water selection.. I live alone and don't usually have large loads but have always had the water come above the clothes level if I use the extra water selection , I have done one deep wash and the tub filled almost to to the top of the tub. It was more water than I needed so I usually use the extra water option. With a really big load I would use the deep fill cycle
