I love the size of this washer. I can get a full queen size sheets, blanket and comforter all in one load. The only issue is that due to the size, I am 5'6 and have to stand on my tippy toes and really reach to get small items from the bottom of the washer. If I was any shorter, I would not be able to reach.

We got this washer in exchange for a 4-year-old LG washer of the same type. We loved the old washer but several months ago it began experiencing "uneven load" errors during the spin cycle. Thankfully, we had purchased 5-year Best Buy Geek Squad protection (which I Highly recommend for major appliances). The Best Buy Geek Squad technician made 5 or 6 visits to work on the original washer. In attempting to fix the problem, he replaced pretty much everything except the tub. At that point, Best Buy offered us the choice of either continuing to try to fix the problem by replacing the tub (which may or may not have fixed it), or of exchanging the original washer for a new version of the same washer, under our Geek Squad protection plan. Although we greatly appreciated the technician's efforts, we chose to exchange the washer for a new one, and also purchased 5-year Geek Squad protection on the new washer. We have now had the new washer for a month. I love the front control panel. The controls need a very light touch to activate and therefore take some getting used to. The capacity is awesome. And even though it uses minimal water, so far the washer has done a wonderful job of washing our clothes. I have already recommended it to several people. Thank you, Best Buy and Best Buy Geek Squad!

I had purchased this washer a year ago and loved it. We moved and didn't take it with us. It was horrible going back to a regular washer. When this went on sale we decided to buy it again. It is fast, quiet, water efficient, and most importantly gets the clothes clean. It spins fast so clothes come out semi dry, however if you leave clothes in wash for awhile they end up wrinkled. I shake them out before putting in the dryer and have no problems. The control panel position is great, looks nice and easy to access. Great machine
