Q: Difference between models LDG3036ST and LDG3016ST?
A: The LDG3036ST has the amazing Easy Clean™ Feature! LG’s easyCLEAN enamel in the new oven makes cleaning the inside of the range super easy. The easyCLEAN feature works with LG’s new enamel to help lift LIGHT soils such as drops of cheese from pizzas or LIGHT grease splatter from small roasts without harsh chemicals for safer and faster hand-cleaning. While traditional enamel surfaces require harsh chemicals to clean, easyCLEAN uses ONLY WATER and runs for just 20 minutes in low temperatures to help loosen LIGHT soils before hand-cleaning. Compared to the more intense Self Clean process, your LG oven will help you clean with LESS HEAT, LESS TIME, and virtually NO SMOKE OR FUMES.
Q: Does the LDG3036ST model have the easy clean decal on the front of the control panel?
A: In the bottom right corner it has an easy clean logo. It is a black outlined logo.
A: Hello JK. Thank you for your inquiry. To find out if the LG 6.1 cu. ft. Capacity Gas Double Oven Range with EasyClean™ and IntuiTouch™ Controls, Model # LDG3036ST qualifies for a rebate, you can visit http://www.energystar.gov/rebate-finder. The EPA does not sponsor rebates or special offers, nor do all ENERGY STAR partners, but ENERGY STAR partners occasionally sponsor special offers, such as sales tax exemptions or credits, or rebates on certified products and the URL above has a search that is provided as a service to consumers to find such special offers or rebates where they exist, based on information that partners submit to ENERGY STAR. The reason you are not finding anything on the Double Oven Gas Convection Range is because these are not energy saving appliances that would qualify for such rebates...^IFV
Q: Oven Temperature not matching settng
A: Hello Lei. Thank you for your inquiry. If you think that the your oven is too hot or too cold, you can adjust the thermostat yourself. On page 20 of your owner's manual are instructions on how to do just that and you will need to get a thermometer from a grocery store to help with the adjustment. Keep in mind though that the type of cookware you're using can cause temperature variances and that opening the door while cooking can also lower the temperature thus affecting cooking time. The other thing to keep in mind is that the cooking times given are not exact, they are close approximations because so many factors can affect the cooking time. If you still feel you have a problem, please contact the LG Customer Interactive Center at (800) 243-0000...IFV
Q: Has my stove LDG3036ST LG stove already been converted to LP gas?
A: Big Me, Thank you for your question with regards to the conversion of your LDG3036ST 30" Sel-Cleaning Freestanding Double Oven Gas Convection Range. Why would they have already converted your Oven before you requested it? How would they know you wanted it converted unless that is the only way to hook up gas in that entire area and so it is standard for them to convert the Ovens when they are purchased. If it was converted, is the hose that you connect to your Propane tank attached? You will need to call Best Buy Geek Squad for confirmation...IFV
