The range is horrible. The rings under the burner cap turn dark, dirty brown on the fist use. Makes the gas range look 20 years old and it was brand new. My neighbor has this range and same thing happened to hers. I called Best Buy and I called LG and no one can tell me why this happened. I’ve tried scrubbing them with everything and nothing cleans it off. After having it now for a few month, the center oblong burner only lights up on one side. I outfitted my entire kitchen with LG appliances on the higher end and I’ve had problems with the dishwasher too. Extremely disappointed and I wish I could return them all.

Easy to use and looks great. Ovens cooks everything evenly. Clean with e-cloth and water only after every use and keeps it looking good. Make sure there are no crumbs to scratch surface before cleaning. Steel surface scratches easily.

Very pleased with this stove. Dimensions, quality and the extra features such as steam cleaning the oven helped me decide. Also was told by dealers that LG has much more responsive customer service vs. Samsung.
