Q: QuestionWhy is my cooktop discolored in center of rings after two weeks of use. Have used everything to clean it and nothing takes off spots. I am carefull, and I take good care of all my things...I cant believe after all I paid that my stove top looks marred.

- A:Answer I too had the same issue immediately after I purchased this stove. I had a glass too Electrolux before buying this oven in my new home. I used the exact same cookware I used on my previous glass too oven. My Electrolux cooktop was in perfect condition, not one mark on it after using it for 8 years. After one week using the lg ioven using the same cookware my glass Cooktop a mess Nothing makes it come clean. I am so upset about this. So it is not the cookware but something with the cook top itself

Q: QuestionI hope LG will answer this but I welcome feedback from owners. When I use the Bake mode the convection fan runs 90% of the time. It don't run a little bit of the time. It virtually runs ALL the time. Is this what it is supposed to do?
