Q: QuestionIn the streaming services it only lists NETFLIX and Disney+. What about YouTube, Prime Video, HBO Now, Sling etc? Can they be downloaded or we need to use an external box like ROKU?

- A:Answer I’m not sure why it lists only those streaming services. We purchased this model and ours came with vudu, prime, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Disney +, Apple, Spotify and more.

- A:Answer HDMI 3 on the LG CX 65 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # OLED65CXPUA is not an HDMI ARC port. It is an HDMI eARC port. To overcome the limitations of ARC, eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel), was developed and incorporated into HDMI ver 2.1 and the HDMI eARC port adds the ability to transfer immersive audio formats, such as Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and 5.1/7.1 channel uncompressed PCM audio from HDMI-connected source devices, as well as all audio from Smart TV streaming apps. This means that on TVs with eARC, you can connect all audio and video sources to the TV. The audio from those sources can then be transferred from the TV to an eARC compatible home theater receiver via a single HDMI cable connection...^IFV

Q: QuestionDo These models still have the screen burn in problems like the OLED65C7P? I own the OLED65C7P ive had the that problem twice! Im very disapointed!!!

- A:Answer OLED TVs have special features and settings to preserve image quality and prevent burn in and image retention. First, under OLED Screen Saver there is the Pixel Refresher that calibrates any issues that may arise on the screen when your TV has been turned on for a long time. Calibration takes more than an hour. The second feature that can be employed is the Screen Shift feature which, moves the screen slightly at regular intervals to preserve image quality. A third option is the Logo Luminance Adjustment, which can detect static logos on the screen and reduce brightness to help decrease permanent image retention. ^Daphane
