Customers appreciate the 65" Class Nano 8 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV for its exceptional picture quality, user-friendly setup, and reasonable price point. Many customers rave about the stunning picture quality, describing it as "great" and "vivid." The TV's easy setup process is also widely praised, with users finding it simple and user-friendly.
This is a great TV for the price. No, it's not a full array TV. No, it's not OLED. But it's much, much less expensive than those units. If you want the absolute best picture quality then you would need to purchase a much higher end (but much more expensive) unit. But if you want a great price on a TV that still has a fantastic picture then look no further! I liked some of Vizio's offerings also but LG's WebOS interface is just so much better than most other manufactures. If using an Apple TV, Roku or Fire stick then it doesn't matter but for our use with this TV we are just using it direct so the LG WebOS is great! Provides Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and YouTube so that's everything we use on this TV. There are pros and cons with IPS but the enhanced viewing angle is something we needed with this TV so definitely a plus for our situation! Viewing angle is fantastic on this unit!

The blacks are really good. My daughter asked me if the TV turned off during a dark scene. My room is wide so side-angle viewing was a big must-have feature. This TV looks amazing even at extreme angles of 75+ degrees. The remote is really cool, like using a Wii remote. The app selection is really good. I won't say the apps are quite as responsive as my apple tv is. That being said, if this TV had an app for my TV service, I wouldn't really feel compelled to keep the Apple TV around.

We spent extra $$ to upgrade from the LG "UM" series to the "SM" because the picture was that much better. We are glad we did. People who see it are stunned by the picture (showing 4K demos from youtube APP). So far we haven't had any quality issues. We have this sitting on a tall cabinet and it can be a little nerve wracking when kids run by because the TV can wobble on the stand. Still more stable than our last TV though. May have to anchor to wall to be safe. We purchased on 7/12/2019.
