Many customers rave about the stunning visual experience it provides. The easy setup process is also widely appreciated, making it a user-friendly choice for many. However, some customers have expressed concerns regarding the remote control's usability and the limited number of HDMI ports. I installed LG TV to existing heavy duty wall mount. After 1 week I am very impressed with picture and sound. I have been shopping and watching large TVs under $750 for a couple of months including BB reviews and technical reviews. Very pleased with quality for 65" TV for $499. I did buy the protection plan since I wanted a minimum of 5 years no hassle, which is my first protection plan purchase since Geek Squad weakened the value/quality of the protection plan in 2019 and retroactively applied rules to a Samsung French Door Refrigerator that was plagued with ice maker issues. I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy because of weakened protection, but will try them on electronics and hope for best (yes, still upset with Geek Squad).

I purchased my first LG TV for my exercise room over a year ago. I absolutely love it the picture quality is just amazing. I had to purchase another one. I have to tell you that the picture quality is so crisp and even the sound quality is exceptional. Navigating with the remote is so easy and I like the Apple app and the ability to do mirroring through my iPhone. The setup was extremely easy!! LG Standby their products because they also give you a one-year warranty. I will be purchasing another TV soon and it will certainly be an LG

First off I had great insight & information provided by the Best Buy associate which helped in my decision. Because of that assistance, the choice I made was correct as this 65" LG TV is phenomenal. Stunning clarity and amazing color! I did have to adjust the factory settings but it didn't take long to fine tune the picture. Having Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube and several others pre-loaded makes it so easy to watch your favorite apps. I have no issues with this television. It's perfect!
